• All support facilitated through PVFA occurs only through direct gear purchases between donors and authorized manufacturers or distributors.

• Submitting this application does not guarantee:

  • approval of your verification

  • placement on a donor list

  • qualification for support

  • the receipt of any gear

• Gear availability is fully dependent on donor interest, manufacturer stock, and current supply conditions.

• Requested items may be limited, delayed, substituted, or unavailable based on donor selection and supplier inventory.

• PVFA’s role is strictly verification, coordination, and transparency—not procurement, fundraising, or financial activity.
