    • approval of your verification

    • placement on a donor list

    • qualification for support

    • the receipt of any gear

  • Gear availability is dependent on donor interest, manufacturer stock, and supply conditions.

  • Requested items may be limited, delayed, substituted, or unavailable based on donor selection and supplier inventory.

  • PVFA’s role is strictly verification, coordination, and transparency—not procurement, fundraising, or financial activity.

What Happens Next?

If your brigade is verified, PVFA will:

  • Add your brigade to our internal list of eligible groups

  • Prepare your information for potential donor visibility

  • Contact you if donors express interest in supporting your brigade

  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers for gear‑only fulfillment

There is no timeline guarantee, as all support depends on donor participation and item availability.

  • All materials are accurate and authorized for use

  • PVFA may display these materials publicly for verification, transparency, and donor awareness
